Tatuaje Havana VI

This is also known as the “red label” Tatuaje. Over the past year or 2 this has become my favorite smoke. That is, there are cigars that cost more that are better. But for a “mid-price” cigar, it can’t be beat in my mind. I find it medium to full-body with a nice peppery finish. If a cigar doesn’t have a peppery finish, I’m probably not going to smoke it a lot. That’s just how my tastes run.
The only downside is that a lot of them have wrapper issues. I make sure to inspect the singles that I buy to make sure there aren’t any holes or tears. And I keep the band on as long as possible to minimize the heat damage as I’m smoking.
